The Heart-based Meditation Community
Bimonthly Meetings

Once you learn Heart-based Meditation, we will continue to support you in your practice in a variety of ways. One of these is our twice monthly online group meditation and Q&A session plus a teaching with Dr. Paul Dugliss.

 

 Meetings take place on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month 7pm – 8:00PM EST. Fill in the form below to be added to our list and receive the webconferencing link.
