This is a retreat to reconnect and to update on the latest changes in Heart-based Meditation teaching and Spiritual Mentoring. Â If you cannot make the whole weekend, please try to attend on Saturday, July 20th from 10:30 to 12 Noon and 1:30 - 3:30. Â
