August 18-20, 2023 Heart-based Meditation Teachers Update Retreat

This is a retreat to reconnect and to update on the latest changes in Heart-based Meditation teaching and Spiritual Mentoring.  We are simplifying both and focusing on a 3-week initial training instead of 4 weeks. If you cannot make the whole weekend, please try to attend on Saturday, August 19th from 10:30 to 4:00.

You must be a teacher of Heart-based Meditation trained by Dr. Paul in order to attend.
